Some models of HP All-In-One Printers may cause feeding problems when printing ZoomAlbums. Please review the information below carefully. Most other printers do an excellent job of printing ZoomAlbums.

Please take time to review the information below... many printing issues can be solved with a little advance knowledge.
Printing Issues and Solutions

  • Paper jams or will not feed into my printer.

Solution: Attach a piece of 8.5" x 11" paper to the back of the ZoomAlbum Sheet, (use a light adhesive tape), and then gently guide the paper into the initial part of the feeding cycle.
  • Printer has a paper feed tray at the bottom and the printer will not take my photo cover sheet.

Solution: Attach your photo cover sheet to the bottom right corner of an 8.5" x 11'' sheet, (use a light adhesive tape) and then select Print Cover. Gently guide the paper into the initial part of the feeding cycle.
  • I am not sure if I should try my HP All-in-One Printer.

Solution: E-mail support@ZoomAlbum.com and Zoom Album Inc will attempt to provide additional guidance for your particular situation.
